Evolve PowerBuild

Evolve to Excel’s PowerBuild combines the best of Powerlifting and Bodybuilding all in one program. Each block will help you build your big-3 lifts, overall strength, and muscle mass while improving your physique.

As you progress through the macro and meso-cycles in the program, you will switch from strength, hypertrophy, and recovery phases that will set you up for the best strength and aesthetic results possible.

Evolve to Excel’s Bodybuilding program was designed for those looking to optimize both their muscle mass and physique.

Evolve Barbell

Evolve to Excel’s Barbell program was designed for those who want to optimize their strength and muscle mass, without the need for access to a full commercial gym.

This program will keep things simple and have you master the basics while focusing on increasing your work capacity, and overall strength. This program is structured around core compound movements, accessory exercises, and functional mobility to improve your movement patterns while getting stronger and building your physique.

This program focuses on progressive overload with your main lifts and complements them with hypertrophy-based accessory work to achieve strength gains and a well-rounded physique.

This program is for you if you’re training at home or at a small gym. All you need are a barbell, plates, a rack, and dumbbells!

Evolve with the Basics is a 12-week training program for those looking to excel in their fitness with minimal equipment needed!

Frequently Asked Questions

Our training program membership costs $40 USD per month.

We’re all training for the same main reasons, we enjoy it and we want to see results. For you to see the results you’re looking for, you need to be committed long enough to go through at least the first phase of the program, and that takes time. We have an initial 3-month commitment to provide accountability toward sticking to that time frame and to help ensure that our community is one that is serious about reaching their goals and seeing results.

Not an issue! Our programs are well-suited for those who are completely new to lifting thanks to the detailed instructions that we give in every single exercise of every program along with the ability to ask questions and get form-checks from our coaches.

There are several exercise substitutions with every exercise in our program so if you have an injury, there may be a way to help you work around it. If you still can’t perform a certain exercise, you can get a helpful substitute exercise from one of our coaches or skip the exercise or training day you can’t perform entirely.

We ask all our members before signing up to be cleared by their doctor to be engaging in our training programs (resistance training and high-intensity training).

Some programs require more equipment than others so if you’re limited to the equipment that you have, you can still choose a program that meets your needs! If you don’t have access to the equipment required for some of the exercises programmed, we have a list of substitute exercises for each exercise programmed so you can still follow your program. If you still need another substitute, one of your coaches can always provide you with one.

Any of our programs will be successful during a fat loss phase. Energy balance, or the balance between the calories that you burn vs. the calories that you consume are what determines if you’re losing body fat or not. Your diet and dietary changes are going to play a much bigger role in your fat loss goals and if you need help with this, don’t hesitate to reach out and contact us about our one-on-one nutrition coaching services!
